Job Description
Tech4Rural seeks a Full-time Onsite Operations Assistant to represent partner Rence Print and Packaging across three production sites producing bread nylon. Salary NGN80,00–NGN100,00 (₦80,00–₦100,00/month). Responsibilities: daily site visits to monitor production, enforce schedules, report work and cash daily, liaise with clients and office admin, convert prospects, and make proactive decisions. Qualifications: OND minimum, sales conversion experience, knowledge of Lagos routes, strong communication, Android smartphone, and skills in customer service, negotiation, supervision, multitasking, and problem solving. Working conditions: outdoor travel across locations, Monday–Saturday with breaks, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, and on-call availability. Job Type: Full-time onsite.
