Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, supervise line cooks, develop menus, maintain food quality and safety, and manage inventory and prep schedules. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional kitchen experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring consistency, and assisting the Head Chef with ordering and cost control in a fast-paced environment.
