Job Description
We are hiring a Professional Assistant to support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, document drafting, travel arrangements, and basic research. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, discreet, and skilled in communication, time management, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferred; associate degree or equivalent; fluency in English required.
