Job Description
We are hiring a Facility Manager responsible for overseeing building operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor management. The role includes planning preventive maintenance, supervising technicians and contractors, managing budgets and space allocation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating emergency response. Candidates should have 3+ years of facilities or building management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and proficiency with facilities software. Certification in facility management or a relevant trade and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
