Job Description
LANDGATE INVESTMENTS LIMITED seeks a full-time Admin Officer based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Real Estate). Responsibilities include overseeing office operations, supplies, and maintenance; managing correspondence, documentation, and both digital and hard-copy filing systems; preparing letters, reports, and presentations for management; supervising maintenance of company properties, equipment, and vehicles; assisting HR with onboarding, attendance registers, and report preparation; handling procurement and inventory control; and ensuring compliance and timely reporting. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
