Job Description
Join The Factory Ng as a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, contract negotiation, inventory control, and cost management for food, beverage, and operating supplies. Duties: develop purchasing strategies, source and onboard vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, manage orders and invoices, monitor inventory and forecasts, ensure food-safety and compliance, and analyze spend. Requirements: BSc/HND in Supply Chain, Hospitality, Business or related; 2–4 years hospitality procurement experience preferred; strong negotiation, Excel and procurement software skills; flexible hours.
