DEXTER & HEROS CONSULTING LTD seeks a Department Manager to lead operations, staff performance, compliance, and project delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, oversee budgets, and ensure client satisfaction on real estate and engineering projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of management experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills; a relevant degree is preferred.
