Job Description
Our client, a reputable online pharmaceutical marketplace in Yaba, Lagos, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support customers via phone, WhatsApp, and chat. You will follow up on incomplete orders, assist purchases on the GoMed platform, confirm satisfaction, escalate clinical queries to pharmacists, record feedback, and help drive retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field; 2 years’ experience; strong verbal skills, empathy, and professionalism; basic knowledge of medications or pharmacy operations; phone-facing experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment; proximity to Yaba required. Work hours Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm; salary ₦150,00–₦180,00 net; onsite, full-time.
