Job Description
As a Porter at LimeRidge Hotel you will assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, provide information on hotel amenities and services, handle requests and concerns, maintain a clean, organized lobby, manage luggage storage and delivery, coordinate transportation and tour arrangements, and help ensure guest safety and security. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lift luggage up to 25kg, professional uniform and attire, and basic knowledge of hotel operations. Job Type: Full-time.
