Job Description
Lead our Integrated Services Hub to deliver seamless, client-focused operations across multiple teams. You will set strategy, coordinate cross-functional service delivery, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPIs, and build partner relationships to scale offerings. The role requires 7+ years in operations or service management, proven leadership, strong stakeholder and vendor management, process design and data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, are required. Experience with digital platforms and change management is a plus.
