Job Description
We are seeking a Drilling and Well Intervention Subsea Advisor II to provide senior technical guidance for subsea drilling and well intervention operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution across offshore projects.
Responsibilities include advising on well design and barrier management; overseeing intervention planning and equipment selection; reviewing procedures, risk assessments, and contingency plans; coordinating with operations, HSE, and contractors; and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications: BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Drilling Engineering (or equivalent); 8+ years’ subsea drilling and well intervention experience; strong knowledge of BOPs, riser systems, and well control; proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
