Job Description
We seek a dynamic Senior Business Manager to support executive operations and strategic initiatives at Tetra Maritime. You will deliver high-class operational support to C-suite leaders, manage meetings and external engagements, prepare reports and presentations, streamline and improve business processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, and lead a Business Management team. Candidates must have 10–15 years’ experience in fast-paced executive support roles with top-tier employers, exceptional organizational and process-management skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and meticulous attention to detail. This role offers exposure to strategic decision-making and strong potential for career progression.
