Job Description
Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited seeks a Store Manager to run daily operations of a telecom retail store. You will drive monthly sales targets, coach and develop staff, manage inventory inflow/outflow, maintain merchandising and store safety, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role involves analyzing store performance and working with regional teams to implement improvements. Candidates should have retail store management experience (telecom/electronics preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, proven sales performance, and knowledge of inventory control and customer service standards. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00.00 per month.
