Job Description
We are seeking a Full-time, Permanent Early Care Assistant to support the Early Care Lead at The Baby Lounge. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, observing and recording feeding, nap, and toilet routines, supervising potty training, ensuring children are properly clocked in and bags are checked, and maintaining progress records per center policy. You will also perform other duties as assigned by the Center Director. Location: Lagos (preferred). Education: Higher National Diploma preferred. Pay: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month. Candidates should reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
