Job Description
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar software is required, with a minimum of 3 years of executive support experience preferred. Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and work under pressure is essential.
