Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead a small sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training and coaching employees, maintaining inventory and visual merchandising, driving sales targets, handling customer issues, and ensuring store compliance and safety. Candidate should have 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, basic inventory and POS knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
