Job Description

Phillips Outsourcing in Abuja seeks a Compliance & Internal Control Officer. Full-time role ensuring adherence to CBN and NDIC regulations, AML/CFT, internal policies, and risk controls. Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, branch checks, evaluating and improving internal controls, reviewing loan and teller operations, KYC/CDD and PEP screening, filing STRs/CTRs, supporting audits, investigating irregularities, and staff training. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related; minimum 3 years in compliance, internal control, audit or risk (banking preferred); strong CBN/MFB and AML/CFT knowledge; excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills; high integrity and attention to detail. Salary ₦180,00–₦360,00/month.
