Job Description
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Lagos. You will design and update job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct phone, video and in-person interviews, administer assessments, advertise openings, provide shortlists to hiring managers, extend offers, and support onboarding. Act as a client liaison: respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate recruitment events and job fairs. Requirements: B.Sc., 0–2 years’ experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent written and verbal communication, client-service focus, strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
