Job Description
We are seeking a Head, Ethics and Compliance to lead our compliance program, promote an ethical culture, and ensure regulatory adherence across the organization.
You will design and implement policies, manage risk assessments, oversee employee training, conduct investigations, liaise with regulators, and report to executive leadership.
Required: 8+ years in compliance or legal roles, strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards, proven leadership, analytical skills, excellent communication, and uncompromising integrity; certifications like CCEP or equivalent preferred.
