Job Description

Skillworks seeks an experienced Administrative and Customer Relations Manager to manage student and client interactions, coordinate onboarding, and streamline internal communication. You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries, build strong learner relationships, coordinate schedules and meetings, maintain documentation and interaction logs, prepare reports, and collaborate with admissions, marketing, and training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in customer-facing or administrative roles, excellent communication and organizational skills, multitasking under pressure, a customer-first mindset, problem-solving ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Full-time position based in Port Harcourt. Salary ₦80,00–₦150,00 per month.
