Job Description

We are seeking an Experience Center Assistant to welcome visitors, demonstrate products, support events, and maintain a tidy, inviting space. You will assist customers with product information, troubleshoot basic device issues, manage inventory of demo units, and coordinate appointments. Strong communication, friendly customer service, basic technical literacy, and ability to work flexible hours are required. Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred. The role demands attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to enhance visitor satisfaction and brand experience.
