Job Description
reposebay seeks an organized, service-driven Driver Support Officer (Inbound) to manage all inbound driver and client requests for its DriveMe mobility operations in Nigeria. You will respond within 30 minutes, handle daily driver replacements, onboarding and on-demand fulfillment; screen, verify and document drivers (NIN, license, guarantor, proof of address); match drivers to client jobs and follow through to completion; track and resolve issues via a ticketing tool within SLA; and prepare daily and weekly performance reports. Qualifications: OND/HND/BSc and 1–3 years in operations, customer service or mobility; excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. Full-time; Lekki; salary from ₦150,00/month.
