Job Description
Join us as a Clinical Specialist on the Trust and Safety team to review and triage clinical content, advise policy on medical harm and misinformation, support incident response, and develop clinician-facing guidance. You will analyze case trends, collaborate with engineers, product and legal teams, deliver training, and ensure compliance with healthcare and privacy standards. Required: clinical degree (MD/NP/PA/RN) or equivalent, 3+ years clinical experience, strong judgment with content moderation, excellent communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
