Job Description
Bridgsite Nigeria Limited seeks a Business Development Officer in Lagos (full-time) to drive growth for our EPC oil and gas services. Responsibilities include developing operational policies, improving systems and processes, managing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting market research, negotiating supplier contracts, identifying diversification opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and analyzing data for cost-saving initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, fluent English, proven track record securing deals, ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines, proficiency with project management software, and minimum five years’ relevant experience.
