Job Description

ARCAID CONSULTANTS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support: Manage calls, emails, and greet visitors.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate database records.
  • Document Prep: Create and edit reports.
  • Filing: Organize filing systems.
  • Supply Management: Maintain office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel.
  • Event Planning: Assist with meetings.
  • Reception: Cover front desk as needed.
