Job Description
Lead the Printing & Packaging Business Unit, accountable for strategy, P&L, operations, sales, and client relations. Drive profitable growth through market development, product innovation, cost management, and operational excellence across printing, packaging design, production, and supply chain. Build and mentor cross-functional teams, ensure quality and compliance, optimize processes, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Requires proven leadership in printing/packaging or manufacturing, strong financial acumen, commercial mindset, and ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
