Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to manage invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations. You will prepare and send accurate invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience, strong Excel and billing system skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records is required. This role reports to the Finance Manager and supports month-end closing and audit requests.
