Job Description
AA Rescue Limited seeks a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will provide accurate product and service information, resolve issues promptly, build strong client relationships, identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additional duties include preparing sales presentations and demonstrations, maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback, collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Compensation: ₦150,00.00 per month.
