Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria seeks an Intercontinental Chef to oversee daily food production, manage kitchen staff, and maintain efficient workflows. You will train and guide cooks, ensure proper equipment use, keep a clean workspace, and test and refine recipes for consistent quality. Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards, perform regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products, control inventory to minimize waste, and manage the kitchen budget. Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative culinary techniques into production. Full-time position. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
