Job Description
Prixair Group Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Experience Specialist responsible for managing our digital presence, creating and running social media campaigns, and delivering prompt, professional support across phone, email, and social channels. You will monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and complaints, track feedback, escalate issues, maintain brand voice, and prepare basic digital and customer service reports. Required: strong communication and customer service skills, social media management and basic digital marketing experience, ability to multitask and respond quickly. Basic graphic or content creation skills are a plus. Professional, courteous, and responsive demeanor required. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00/month.
