Job Description
The Field Sales Agent will generate leads, educate prospects on properties, conduct site inspections, and close sales. Pay: ₦70,00–₦90,00/month plus transport allowance. Responsibilities include sourcing clients via field marketing and referrals, presenting properties, guiding tours, maintaining records, meeting weekly/monthly targets, and supporting promotions and closings. Requirements: Minimum SSCE/OND; sales or field marketing experience preferred; strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment; familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is an advantage. Full-time position.
