Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. The manager will build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure targets are met.
Responsibilities include coaching and motivating the team, setting and tracking sales targets, preparing forecasts and reports, managing key accounts, and optimizing CRM processes.
Requirements: 3+ years in sales management, proven leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
