Job Description
The Head of Fraud Risk will lead our fraud prevention strategy, managing a team to detect, investigate, and mitigate financial and operational fraud. You will design controls, implement advanced analytics and machine learning models, oversee case investigations, and partner with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams. Responsibilities include developing risk frameworks, setting KPIs, reporting to senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in fraud risk or financial crime, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with fraud detection tools and data analysis, and a track record of building effective cross-functional programs.
