Job Description

Alali Bar and Lounge seeks an Inventory Supervisor. Must have 2+ years managing inventory (restaurants preferred), strong organization and record-keeping, comfort with computers and Excel, knowledge of FIFO, accurate counting, solid numerical skills, and vendor experience. Nice to have: experience with restaurant inventory systems, knowledge of food storage rules, and the ability to analyze costs. This full-time role manages stock control, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and cost-efficiency initiatives to minimize waste and support smooth operations.
