Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Works Foreman to lead on-site civil construction activities, manage crews, enforce safety, and ensure quality and schedule compliance. You will read drawings, coordinate subcontractors, supervise excavation, concrete, and utilities, conduct daily briefings, and report progress to project management.
Requirements: Minimum three years’ foreman experience in civil works, strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations, ability to interpret plans, leadership and communication skills, and valid site safety certification. Reliable, organized, and able to solve on-site issues under pressure.
