Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Officer to design, administer, and improve pay structures and employee benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Key responsibilities include salary benchmarking, benefits administration, payroll coordination, policy updates, and supporting compensation-related analytics and reporting.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or related field; 2+ years HR compensation/benefits experience; strong analytical skills; knowledge of labor law and payroll systems.
