Job Description
Workforce Group in Mushin seeks a full-time Compounding Operator (₦165,00/month). You will operate and maintain compounding equipment, follow SOPs and safety rules, compound emulsions, coordinate raw materials with the Weighing operator, ensure zero bulk waiting time at filling lines, complete documentation, and support equipment maintenance. Qualifications: BSc/HND in Sciences or Engineering (Second Class Lower or above) preferred, 1–3 years FMCG/cosmetics experience, SAP knowledge a plus, MS Office proficiency, and experience with manufacturing change projects. Strong adherence to operational checklists and ability to handle technical projects required.
