Job Description
We are seeking a Data Center SME to lead operations, design, and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Responsibilities include overseeing power and cooling systems, network and server deployments, capacity planning, incident response, and vendor coordination. Candidate must have 5+ years in data center operations, strong knowledge of UPS, CRAC, cabling standards, rack/security, and network protocols. Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Uptime Institute credentials are preferred. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills are required, with availability for flexible shifts and on-call rotation.
