Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Manager for Consumer Loans to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth for our retail lending products.
Responsibilities include developing data-driven growth strategies, running A/B tests, optimizing user funnels, coordinating cross-functional campaigns with marketing and product, and analyzing performance metrics.
Requirements: 3+ years in growth or product marketing (fintech preferred), strong analytics skills (SQL, Excel), experience with acquisition channels and A/B testing, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
