Job Description
Catilas Resources Limited seeks an IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain IT systems. Responsibilities include first-line support, installing and configuring systems and peripherals, monitoring performance and security, performing routine backups and updates, and supporting new user setup and access. Requirements: OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; basic hardware, software, and networking knowledge; strong troubleshooting and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
