Job Description
Adron Homes and Properties Ltd seeks a Head of Land Acquisition to lead land sourcing, feasibility studies, due diligence, negotiations with landowners and stakeholders, and oversee legal documentation and regulatory approvals. You will develop acquisition strategies aligned with company growth, manage the acquisition team, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support expansion in Abuja. Requirements: degree in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, or related field; minimum 7 years’ land acquisition or real estate experience; excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; deep knowledge of Abuja land laws and regulatory processes. Job Type: Full-time.
