Job Description
Beta Jollof Take Out Restaurant seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver prompt, professional support. You will handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries; provide product, service, and policy information; resolve complaints; process orders and account updates; maintain accurate interaction records; follow up to ensure satisfaction; and report issues. Required: strong communication, calm under pressure, problem-solving, attention to detail, multitasking; prior customer service experience preferred.
