Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Production Chef to lead large-scale food production, ensure consistent quality, and oversee daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities include supervising prep teams, developing standardized recipes, controlling portioning and yield, enforcing food safety, managing inventory, and optimizing production schedules.
Qualifications: 5+ years in high-volume production kitchens, proven leadership, HACCP or equivalent certification, menu engineering experience, and strong cost-control skills.
