Job Description
ZEEQ TECH HUB is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-line support for ZEEQ Tech software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting performance and configuration issues via phone, email, chat, and in-person; onboarding and training new users; logging and tracking tickets; escalating complex issues to Engineering/Product teams with follow-up; preparing weekly issue-trend reports; assisting QA with testing during releases; and collaborating on recurring bugs and feature requests. This full-time role offers ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month and requires professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
