Job Description
We seek a Telemarketing Supervisor to lead daily telemarketing operations, motivate a sales team, and ensure targets are met. You will monitor call quality and CRM accuracy, coach agents to improve conversions, set and track daily/weekly/monthly goals, prepare performance reports, and handle escalated customer issues. The role demands strong leadership, sales and customer engagement experience, performance monitoring, coaching, time management, and proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications. Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree and proven telemarketing or call center supervision experience required. Full-time position focused on process improvement, productivity, and maintaining a positive team environment.
