Job Description
Join The Future Edge as a Research & Development Officer in Lagos. Lead R&D projects to improve and create masterbatch and plastic packaging solutions, conduct product testing and trials, troubleshoot technical issues, and support technology transfer to manufacturing. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to prioritize projects, establish testing procedures, analyze results, and document activities. Represent the company at industry conferences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field, minimum 3 years in plastics/polymer/masterbatch manufacturing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-driven team player with good communication, fluent English, and proficiency in Microsoft Word. Full-time position based in Lagos.
