Job Description
We are seeking a Paint Chemical Sales Manager to lead technical sales of coatings additives and raw materials. You will build and manage key accounts, develop territory plans, coach a small sales team, collaborate with R&D on product solutions, prepare technical proposals, and hit revenue targets. The role requires 5+ years in coatings or specialty chemical sales, a degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
