Job Description
As Finance Manager you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decisions. You will manage accounting operations, supervise a small finance team, ensure compliance with regulations, implement internal controls, and coordinate audits. Responsibilities include cash flow management, variance analysis, month-end close, and KPI tracking. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred), minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, strong analytical skills, leadership, and proficiency with accounting systems and Excel. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.
