Job Description
The Financial Controller will lead our accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive budgeting and forecasting processes. You will manage month-end close, prepare statutory and management reports, implement internal controls, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and proven leadership abilities. Attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication are required to support strategic decision-making and compliance.
