Job Description
Our client, an Islamic lifestyle brand, seeks a full-time Customer Service Assistant to provide daily operational and customer support. Responsibilities: respond promptly to Instagram, WhatsApp and walk-in inquiries; maintain store presentation; prepare and fulfill orders, coordinate with delivery agents, confirm payments and deliveries; provide quotes and check availability; follow company policies. Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, proven customer service skills, ability to work long hours under pressure, flexibility, good organization and digital skills.
